Miel Empire served thousands of customers before the site relaunched. Their reviews are published on Trustpilot, on the brand’s original profile. Below our product pages, we show a selection of them, copied word for word.
Where these reviews come from
Miel Empire’s Trustpilot profile is linked to the brand’s original domain, miel-empire.com. The reviews were posted there by customers over the years the shop was in business. The rating and number of reviews shown on this site are recorded manually from Trustpilot and may change; the link above always leads to the official profile, where every review can still be read with its author, date and rating.
The selection shown below our products
- A selection chosen by us from the 4- and 5-star reviews marked “verified” by Trustpilot and posted in 2022 and 2023, sorted from newest to oldest. They are copied without any change, except that names are shortened, with their publication date and the date of the experience.
- We leave out reviews that describe an effect on the body: our honeys are food products and we do not promise any effect, not even through a testimonial.
- We did not collect or check these reviews. This selection does not reflect all reviews: the overall rating and every review, including negative ones, can still be read on Trustpilot.
What we don’t do
- We do not change any review.
- We do not make up any reviews, and we do not inject any rating into the technical data sent to Google.
- We do not present these reviews as collected by the new shop.
What our longtime customers say
The themes that come up in public reviews mostly concern delivery, parcel discretion and customer service. These are exactly the three points the Miel Empire relaunch was built on: tracked shipping, plain packaging and support that responds. Read our story.
