Any order paid before 9 p.m. ships the next morning, Monday through Friday (no shipping on Saturdays or Sundays). Delivery in 48 hours with La Poste in mainland France; outside France, delivery time depends on the destination country. Plain packaging, with no mention of the contents. Tracking number sent by email and available in your account.
Outside the European Union, customs duties or local taxes may be collected by the carrier on delivery; these are payable by the recipient. If the destination country’s regulations do not allow shipment, we will let you know and your order will be refunded in full.
Returns
You have 14 days to exercise your right of withdrawal on products that have not been unsealed. In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, unsealed food products cannot be taken back. Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the mistake was ours. Refunds are issued within 14 days of receiving the return.
